Private Well Abandonment for Water Distribution System around Former Landfill Area

Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids will be received by the Clerk/Treasurer of the City of New Richmond until 1:00 p.m., Thursday, April 9, 2009, at the City Hall, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, for the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the following items in the approximate quantities indicated:

6 EACH Well Abandonment

800 LF Grouting of Well or Drill Hole

Bids shall be on the form provided for that purpose and according to the attached Contract Documents.

The Bidding Documents may be seen at the clerk’s office, at the Civic Center, City of New Richmond, 156 E. First Street, New Richmond, Wisconsin, 54017.

Bids shall be directed to the Clerk/Treasurer, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, “Bid for well Abandonment landfill area wells, New Richmond, Wisconsin.”

The City of New Richmond reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City.
