Part of Outlot “191” of the outlot plat of the City of New Richmond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing 181.5 feet East of the NW corner of said outlot “191”; thence South 297 feet; thence East 60 feet; thence North 297 feet; thence West 60 feet to the point of beginning; EXCEPT the South 1/2 thereof and EXCEPT the North 7 feet thereof.
