PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE VILLAGE OF STAR PRAIRIE PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ZONING CODE AMENDMENTS

The Village of Star Prairie Board will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the Star Prairie Community Center, 207 Bridge Avenue Star Prairie for the purpose of considering and enacting: 1) Proposed creation of a B-2 Highway Business District including permitted and conditional uses 2) Proposed amendment to add permitted uses to Section 13-1-47 B-1 Downtown Business District 3) Proposed amendment to the Zoning Map — see attached map for specific properties affected A copy of the referenced map is available in the Village Clerkis office at 207 Bridge Avenue, Star Prairie, during regular office hours.
