Hudson River crash-landing crew will appear at Oshkosh air show

The crew of the U.S. Airways Flight that crash-landed in the Hudson River will make an appearance at the upcoming EAA AirVenture Show in Oshkosh.

The crew of the U.S. Airways Flight that crash-landed in the Hudson River will make an appearance at the upcoming EAA AirVenture Show in Oshkosh.

Pilot Sully Sullenberger, co-pilot Jeff Skiles of Dane County, and their cockpit crew will discuss the landing on July 31 at the Oshkosh event.

They’ve been praised for saving the lives of all 150-plus people aboard Flight 1549.

Also, the Doobie Brothers will perform on the EAA’s opening night July 27.

Actor and pilot Harrison Ford will introduce the movie “Six Days, Seven Nights” on July 29. And on Aug. 1, comedian Jeff Dunham will be at the EAA.

The show runs July 27 through Aug. 2.
