Roberts appoints police chief position
Daniel Burgess has been appointed as the Village of Roberts Police Chief, pending passing required tests.
Daniel Burgess has been appointed as the Village of Roberts Police Chief, pending passing required tests.
Burgess, of Spring Valley, has accepted the position, according to a public records response from the village.
Other candidates interviewed include Ronald Page, Woodstock, Ill., David Malsom, Rice Lake; Sonia Kubesh, Roberts; and Aaron McWilliams, New Richmond.
