The hammering has stopped and the dust has settled.
It’s time for new Wausau Homes builder New Horizon Homes Inc. to celebrate their grand opening with an open house from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, July 17, at their office, 1477 Highway 65, just south of New Richmond.
Visitors can tour the new state-of-the-art design center that showcases everything from cabinets and countertops to siding and shingles while providing the latest technology to help homebuyers plan and customize their new homes.
Among the highlights is a 3D viewer that allows homebuyers to see their plans take shape, so they know exactly what it will look like before it’s built.
“We’re prepared for the improving economy,” said Bernie Kopp, president of New Horizon Homes. “By partnering with Wausau Homes and opening our new design center, we’re able to give customers a stress-free building experience different than anything out there.”
The new building experience includes a firm price at the start and a firm move-in date, removing the angst from what can be a aspect of building a home.
“We’ve redefined the building experience and we’re inviting everyone to come in and take a look, whether they are thinking of building a home this summer, or planning for the future,” said Steve Kopp, vice president of New Horizon Homes.
Visitors to the open house will be able to see and touch samples and learn about the stress-free home building experiences that begins with choosing from more than 100 home designs, then customizing their choice using the latest 3D software.
“We’ve made the entire home building experience enjoyable,” Steve said.
Wausau Homes, based in Rothschild, has been building high quality, customized homes in partnership with local builders throughout the midwest for 50 years.
