New Richmond FFA banquet held
The 60th annual FFA Awards Banquet on Sunday, March 27, was a big success.
The 60th annual FFA Awards Banquet on Sunday, March 27, was a big success.
The afternoon started with a pie/dessert auction as a fundraiser for chapter activities. Orland Bygd was the auctioneer and auctioned off a lemon merguine pie for $77.
The FFA chapter also raised money through their fruit, meat and cheese sale to donate $2,250 to Camp Courage, a camp for people with medical needs.
Misty Price received an award for participating in the Prepared Speech category. Awards were given to the top fundraising sellers and honorary members.
