2011 Board of Review
Meeting Minutes
Monday, May 9, 2011
Chairman Schachtner called the Board of Review to order at the Town Hall at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 9, 2011. Present were Shane Demulling, Lenny Germain, Ed Schachtner, Jeri Koester and Barrett Brenner, assessor. Absent: Douglas Plourde and Larry Rauch.
Motion by Demulling, seconded by Germain to appoint Schachtner as Chairperson of the Board of Review. Motion carried. Schachtner abstained.
Motion by Schachtner, seconded by Demulling to nominate Germain as Vice Chairperson. Motion carried. Germain abstained.
Mandatory Training Requirements: Germain, Schachtner and Koester (alternate) have all met the mandatory training requirements. Assessment roll received by assessor. Assessor's affidavit was signed by Barrett Brenner. No property objectors appeared before the Board of Review.
Motion by Germain, seconded by Demulling to adjourn the 2011 Board of Review. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
