By virtue of and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled action on June 28, 2011, in the amount of $148,536.04, I will sell the described premises at public auction at the Main Front Entrance of the St. Croix County Courthouse, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin, on:
Tuesday, January 3, 2012,
at 10:00 o'clock a.m.,
TERMS OF SALE:
1. 10% down in cash or certified funds at the time of sale; balance due within 10 days of confirmation of sale; failure to pay balance due will result in forfeiture of deposit plaintiff.
2. Sold “as is” and subject to all legal liens and encumbrances.
