City of NR 12/6 Public Hearing Notice

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that there will be a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. at the Plan Commission Meeting in the Civic Center, 156 East First Street, City of New Richmond, WI:

1) Public Hearing to consider the following:

a) A Request for Rezoning from SCI Associates, LLC for property located on the corner of Richmond Way and Ponderosa Lane and described as Lot 59 of Evergreen Valley. Property is currently zoned (C1) Highway Commercial and requested to be rezoned to (R4) Multiple Family Residential.

2) Action on Public Hearing Agenda.
