Advertisement for Bids - Depot St. Sewer

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids for the construction of Depot Street Sewer, for the Village of Somerset in one contract, as follows:

Cured in Place Pipe Liner 1100 LF

Lateral connection 14 EA

Pipe cleaning / root cutting 1 LS

Televising 1100 LF

will be received by the Village Clerk, Village of Somerset, at the Village Hall, 110 Spring Street, Somerset, WI 54025, by 10:30 a.m., local time, December 8, 2011, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law.
