Motorists encounter slippery conditions

Icy road conditions caused problems for motorists in northwestern Wisconsin Thursday morning, Dec. 15.
Several vehicles left the roadway along Highway 64 east of New Richmond, near Four Corners, at 64 and 200th Street. Emergency responders were dispatched to a number of other spinouts and accidents in the area.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation's 511 website, most roads in northwestern Wisconsin are snow covered or have slippery stretches.
