By virtue of and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above entitled matter on the 8th day of June, 2011 in the amount of $44,635.52 the St. Croix County Sheriff will sell at public auction at the front entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center located at 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin the following:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map, in Vol. 2 of Certified Survey Maps, Page 309, as Document No. 336027; BEING part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 16, Township 31 North, Range 18 West, Town of Star Prairie, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.

TERMS: 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier's check or certified funds payable to the clerk of court. The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the clerk of courts in cash, cashier's check or certified funds no later than ten days after the court's confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment is forfeited to the plaintiff. The property is sold "as is" and is subject to all liens and encumbrances. The successful bidder shall pay the transfer fee due.
