City of NR Public Hearing Notice - Plan Commission

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that there will be a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. at the Plan Commission Meeting in the Civic Center, 156 East First Street, City of New Richmond, WI:

1) Public Hearing to consider the following:

a) A Request for Rezoning and Preliminary Development Plan from SCI Associates, LLC for property located at 155 West Third Street and described as S 37 ft of E 36 ft of Lot 6, Lots 7, 8, & 9, Block 8 Fremont Addition. Area is currently zoned (C2) Central Business District and requested to be rezoned to (PUD) Planned Unit Development.

2) Action on Public Hearing Agenda.
