Somerset church hosts Valentine’s event

The youth of Christ Lutheran Church in Somerset are hosting a Valentine’s Pasta Dinner on Saturday, Feb. 11, complete with soft lighting, live music, and wait staff.

Diners will be able to select from a variety of pasta entrees, including vegetarian. The menu also includes salad, breads, desserts, sparkling (non-alcoholic) punch, coffee and milk.

There will be two seatings. The first will be at 5 p.m. and the second at 7 p.m. Due to limited seating, (100 patrons per serving) those who are interested in the meal are encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance.

The cost of the tickets is $10 for adults and $6 for children aged 4-10. Children aged 3 and younger are free.

Tickets may be obtained at the church office, located at 510 Germain St., open Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Proceeds from the dinner will be used to support the church youth’s Live Out Loud Mission Trip this summer to the Ohio.
