Frontier Pipeline, Inc.

Notice is hereby given to all creditors and claimants of and against Frontier Pipeline, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation (the "Company"), that the Company, having its principal place of business at 588 155th Ave., Somerset, WI 54025, filed Articles of Dissolution for Frontier Pipeline, Inc. with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions and is now winding up its affairs.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes, Chapter 180.1407, this notice is given to all known and unknown creditors and claimants of and against the Company pursuant to the statute. If you believe you have a claim against the Company, you must present any and all such claims by sending a written claim to Daniel S. Baillargeon, President, Frontier Pipeline, Inc. at 588 155th Ave., Somerset, WI 54025. The claim to the Company must include: (i) the name, address, and telephone number of the claimant; (ii) the amount claimed; (iii) the date on which the claim arose; (iv) the basis for the claim; and (v) documentation of the claim.

ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR SHAREHOLDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE COMPANY NO LATER THAN TWO YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THIS PUBLICATION OR THE CLAIM MAY BE BARRED.
