SCC Dance team wins all-conference title

The St. Croix Central Varsity Dance team earned the first place all-conference title in Chippewa Falls on Jan. 14.

“The girls did a wonderful job this past weekend. With all of the hard work and dedication the girls put in this season, they definitely deserve to be Conference champs,” said head coach Miranda Howard. “I am very proud of the team, and I am very excited for the team to compete at regionals.” The team will dance at regionals at Eau Claire North on Jan. 28th. Conference results: Solo/ensemble dances-Kali Lawrence: first team all-conference, third place. Ashley Vermeersch: first team all-conference, second place. Macy Johnson and Emily Edelman: second team all-conference, third place. Team dances-Pom: first place. Jazz: first place. First place all-conference.
