PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on April 19, 2011 in the amount of $71,619.89 the Sheriff will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:

ORIGINAL TIME: November 15, 2011 at 10:00 a.m.

FIRST ADJOURNMENT: January 17, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.

ADJOURNED TIME: February 7, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.

TERMS: Pursuant to said judgment, 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier's check or certified funds, payable to the clerk of courts (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted). The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the clerk of courts in cash, cashier's check or certified funds no later than ten days after the court's confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment is forfeited to the plaintiff. The property is sold 'as is' and subject to all liens and encumbrances.

DESCRIPTION: Part of Outlot Sixty (60) of the Assessor’s Plat of the Village of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Outlot, which point is the intersection of the Northerly line of Francis Street and the Southerly line of Spring Street; thence N 46°45’ West along the Southerly line of Spring Street 132 feet; thence S 44°15’ West 132 feet; thence S 46°45’ East 66 feet; thence N 44°15’ East 132 feet to the Northerly line of Spring Street, which point shall be considered to be the point of beginning of this description.
