By virtue of a judgment of foreclosure and sale rendered in the above-entitled action on September 30, 2011, in the amount of $69,375.78 the undersigned Sheriff of St. Croix County, Wisconsin, will sell at public auction at the front entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center in the City of Hudson, in said County, on the 3rd day of April, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., the real estate and mortgaged premises directed by the judgment to be sold, therein, described as follows:

That part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 6, Township 31 North, Range 17 West in the Village of Star Prairie, St. Croix County, Wisconsin described as follows: Commencing 46 rods north of southwest corner thereof; thence east 10 rods; thence south 8 rods, thence west 10 roads, thence north 8 roads to the place of beginning.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash
