NRHS FBLA qualifies for state

New Richmond High School’s entire FBLA chapter has qualified for state. The chapter took fifth place at the FBLA regional leadership competition on Saturday, Feb. 4.

New Richmond High School’s entire FBLA chapter has qualified for state.

The chapter took fifth place at the FBLA regional leadership competition on Saturday, Feb. 4.

“Our students represented themselves and New Richmond High School in a professional and courteous manner,” said Redgie Nielsen, FBLA advisor.

The FBLA state competition will take place in La Crosse on April 1-3.

Thirteen New Richmond students competed in the regional competition. Here are the results:

?• Kaycie Anderson and Alexandra Kerber, third place in business ethics

• Jack Hop, second place in business math

• Charlie L’Allier, third place in business math

• Heather Halvorsen and Huana Nelson, third place in global business

• CJ Kenney, third place in introduction to business communication

• Anne Frank and Madison Kelly, third place in management decision making

• Kat Keller, Morgan Kelly and Charlie Kleiner, first place in management information systems

• Bria Norton, second place in public speaking II
