By virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure made in the above entitled action on 3/24/2011, in the amount of $241,208.01, I will sell at public auction at the Entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center 1101 Carmichael Road Hudson, WI 54016, City of Hudson, County of St. Croix, State of Wisconsin on 04/10/2012 at 10:00 AM all of the following described mortgaged premises, to wit:
Lot Two (2), County Line Ridge, further described as Certified Survey Map Volume 15, Page 4034 and further located in part of the Northeast One-quarter (1/4) of the Northwest One-quarter (1/4) of Section Six (6), Township Thirty-one (31) North, Range Seventeen (17) West, Village of Star Prairie, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. Also being part of Lot One (1), of Certified Survey Map in Volume 13, Page 3530, recorded at the St. Croix County Register of Deeds Office, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash
DOWN PAYMENT: 10% of amount bid by cash or cashier's check due at time of sale. Balance of purchase price must be paid within ten (10) business days after confirmation of the sale.
