The 29th annual Home, Remodeling and Garden Show is set for Friday and Saturday, March 23-24, at the Hudson Sports Arena.
The 29th annual Home, Remodeling and Garden Show is set for Friday and Saturday, March 23-24, at the Hudson Sports Arena.
Looking for fresh ideas in new home building, home remodeling and improvement, home decorating, design and landscaping? With more than 90 vendors at the upcoming St. Croix Valley Home Builders Association Home, Remodeling & Garden show attendees will be able to gather a multitude of ideas to help them create their dream home.
The St. Croix Valley Master Gardeners will be on hand to answer questions about any planting issues.
Onsite demonstrations and seminars will be held on Saturday, including topics such as conquering the clutter, design and remodeling trends for 2012 and easy ways to keep your home in tip-top shape.
A chili feed benefiting the Hudson Fire Department will be offered on Friday. A Hudson Fire Department fire truck on display Saturday, and there will also be a visit from the Easter Bunny.
Each paid attendee will have the opportunity to win the $500 cash grand prize. The drawing for the grand prize will take place on Saturday at 3:45 p.m.
The 2012 show, made possible by the St. Croix Valley Home Builders Association, its Home Show committee and major sponsors — The Greenskeepers, Lindus Construction and WESTconsin Credit Union — takes place at the Hudson Sports & Civic Center on Hanley Road in Hudson.
The show will be open to the public on Friday, March 23, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturday, March 24, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $3 at the door and children under 12 are free.
