New Richmond baseball spring clinic is Saturday

The 2012 Tiger Baseball Spring Clinic has been scheduled for Saturday, March 24, at the New Richmond High School gym.

The clinic will be facilitated by the New Richmond High School baseball coaching staff and high school team members. Cost of the clinic is $35 if pre-registered or $40 at the door.

Session 1 is from 9 a.m.-noon and is designed for students in second through fourth grade. Session 1 will run from 1-4 p.m. and is meant for students in grades 5-8.

The clinic will feature a low player-to-clinician ratio; will have instruction for pitchers and catchers, throwing mechanics, infield and outfield instruction, and hitting instruction, which includes a video analysis of the camper’s swing.

Pre-registration can be sent to Rick Jirik at 1728 Ponderosa Lane, New Richmond, WI, 54017. Include a shirt size for the camper and a phone number with the pre-registration.
