LETTER: Vote yes for the nursing home
On the spring election ballot there will be a referendum to decide the fate of the St. Croix County Nursing Home in New Richmond. For many of the residents it is the only home they have ever known and to uproot them would be inhumane.

On the spring election ballot there will be a referendum to decide the fate of the St. Croix County Nursing Home in New Richmond. For many of the residents it is the only home they have ever known and to uproot them would be inhumane. I personally like to feel that St. Croix County takes care of its own.
This referendum was presented on the general election ballot in November of 2008. Voters overwhelmingly voted yes to keep the nursing home. I urge everyone to once again vote yes!
