By virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered in the above-entitled action on November 21, 2011, the undersigned Sheriff of St. Croix County, Wisconsin, will sell at public auction at the front entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center in the City of Hudson, in said county, on the 5th day of June, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., the real estate and mortgaged premises directed by the Judgment to be sold, therein described as follows:

TOGETHER WITH an existing 66 foot driveway easement as shown on Certified Survey Map in Vol. 20, Page 5100, as Doc. No. 811853 and on Certified Survey Map in Vol. 21, Page 5185, as Doc. No. 822202 and on Certified Survey Map in Vol. 24 of C.S.M., pg. 5624, as Doc. No. 895496.
