The St. Croix County Community Development Committee will be conducting a public hearing on May 17, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at the St. Croix County Government Center, Community Room, 1101 Carmichael Rd., Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider the following petition(s):

WAIVER

APPLICANT: Leroy & Jane Meyer

LOCATION: Part of the NW1/4 of the NW1/4, Section 29, T31N, R18W, Town of Star Prairie

ADDRESS: 1959A County Rd C, Somerset, WI

REQUEST: To request a waiver to reduce the road setback to 50’ pursuant to Section 13.10 B. of the St. Croix County Land Division Ordinance.

REQUEST: To request a waiver to the minimum lot size and a waiver from the landscape requirements pursuant to Section 13.7 J. 5.a. and 13.7 J. 5.c. of the St. Croix County Land Division Ordinance.
