City of New Richmond June 6 Public Hearing Notice

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that there will be a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. at the Plan Commission Meeting in the Civic Center, 156 East First Street, City of New Richmond, WI:

1) Public Hearing to consider the following:

a) A Request for Rezoning from the City of New Richmond for property located at 419 Sports Center Road (Citizen’s Field) and described as Lot 1, CSM #952479. Area is currently zoned (R2) One Family Residence - Small and requested to be rezoned to (W) Conservation District.

b) Application for a conditional use permit from Wild Badger Sports Saloon at 240 S Knowles Ave to allow a patio enclosure for a beer garden/smoking area. Property described as Lot 7, Block 10 of Gridley Addition, except S 22 ¼ feet. Property is zoned as (C-2) Central Business District.

2) Action on Public Hearing Agenda.
