The Village of Somerset Public Works Department is seeking proposals for one (1) prefabricated precast concrete restroom/concession stand building to be placed in predetermined location at the Village Park, located on the 400 block of Spring Street, Somerset, WI 54025.

Proposals will be divided into subcategories and include:

1. Construction and onsite placement of one (1) approximate 28 foot by 24 foot insulated prefabricated precast concrete restroom/concession stand building.

2. Plumbing.

3. Electrical.

4. Water/Sewer excavation from street service to building.

Bids will be accepted for one or all subcategories.

Deadline for bids is Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 4:00 PM.

Bids must be labeled “Village Park Building” and mailed to:

Village of Somerset, PO Box 356, Somerset, WI 54025 or

Hand delivered to: Somerset Village Hall, 110 Spring Street, Somerset, WI 54025
