Two inches of rain and counting in New Richmond
The rain continues to fall in western Wisconsin as waves of moisture drench the area.

As of 3:15 p.m. Thursday, May 24, New Richmond Regional Airport had reported 2.11 inches of rain for the day. More precipitation is expected through the afternoon and evening.
A tornado watch continues until 10 p.m. tonight for St. Croix, Pierce, Pepin, Dunn, Chippewa and Eau Claire counties.
