Alexandria Rangel and David Finnessy announce their engagement.

Alexandria Rangel, 26, of Madison, is a 2004 graduate of New Richmond High School. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2008 with a degree in psychology. She will graduate in 2013 from UW-Madison with a degree in nursing. She currently works as a health unit coordinator at American Family Children’s Hospital. She is the daughter of Alicia Rangel Cypher and Michael Cypher of New Richmond.

David J. Finnessy, 26, of Madison is a 2004 graduate of Beaver Dam High School in Beaver Dam. He’s a 2008 graduate of UW-Madison with a degree in biology. He will graduate in 2013 from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health with a medical doctor degree. He is the son of Debra Finnessy and Richard Finnessy of LeClaire, Iowa.

A wedding ceremony is planned for June 14, 2013, in Madison.
