Severe storm warning issued for St. Croix County
The National Weather Service in the Twin Cities has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for St. Croix County effective until 6:45 a.m. Tuesday morning, June 19.

A storm the the capability of producing high winds, heavy rain and hail was moving toward the New Richmond area in the early morning hours.
Local residents are urged to seek shelter until the storm passes.
Forecasters predict even more storms later in the day.
