Heritage Hillside season approaches
The calendar for the 2012 Heritage Hillside Series is set. The series starts on Wednesday, July 11, and runs through Aug. 22. Each concert is from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

The schedule is as follows: July 11 - Ten Mile Creek (Sponsor: Countryside Plumbing & Heating); July 18 - Cattail String Band (Sponsor: Liquid Waste Technology, LLC); July 25 - St. Croix Ramblers (Sponsor: First National Community Bank); Aug. 1 - The Elvis Show featuring Joe Sir and his Rockabilly Rebels Band (Sponsor: RCU); Aug. 8 - Mariachi Buen Tiempo (Sponsor: WESTconsin Credit Union); Aug. 15 - My Sweet Patootie (Sponsor: Stillwater Medical Group); and Aug. 22 - Trigger Happy (Sponsor: Bremer Bank).
Attendees are encouraged to pack up a picnic supper, bring a picnic blanket, carry in a few lawn chairs and enjoy a family friendly performance.
One of the historic buildings at the New Richmond Heritage Center will be open and highlighted. There will be pop and popcorn available, the Farmers’ Market folks will sell their produce and Messes & Masterpieces will be there.
The series is free. No two nights will be the same; so don’t miss a single one. Each of the performances is a rain or shine event. In case of inclement weather, the performances move into the pavilion, with limited seating.
