Motorist charged with DWi with 3 kids in vehicle
James Juan Catrone Parker, 34 years of age, from St. Paul, Minn. has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1st offense, with 3 children in the vehicle.

offense, with 3 children in the vehicle.
On July 4, 2012 at approximately 5:41 a.m. a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-94 eastbound near milepost 31 in St. Croix County, Cady Township.
The driver was identified as James Juan Catrone Parker, age 34, St. Paul. A subsequent
investigation revealed that Parker was allegedly driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant with a passenger less than 16 years of age. Children with ages of 4, 6 and 16 were
present in the vehicle. Parker was also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of
Ecstacy, and operating without a valid driver’s license.
Parker was processed and released to a responsible party.
