The Wisconsin Department of Health Services has also issued a Public Health Advisory due to the heat. Many communities have opened up cooling shelters where people can go to seek relief if they don't have air conditioning. A list of those cooling center is located at http://ready.wi.gov/. This list will be updated daily.

Near record high temperatures, along with dewpoints in the low to mid 70s, will result in heat indexes from 105 to 112 in the region this afternoon and tomorrow.
Those in buildings without air conditioning or who work outside should use extreme caution and drink plenty of fluids and seek relief with air conditioned environments when possible.
The hot and humid conditions will lead to a heightened risk of heat related stress and illness. Heat stroke is an emergency -- call 911 if conditions appear.
