SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 2012

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City of New Richmond until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 8, 2012 in the Civic Center, 156 East First Street, New Richmond, WI 54017 at which time they will be opened and publicly read, for the removal and replacement of approximately 5,600 sq. ft. of 4” and approximately 700 sq. ft. of 6” sidewalk.

Please provide a total bid price as well as unit prices for both the 4” and 6” sidewalk sections.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, or a certified check, or cash, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) nor more than ten percent (10%) of the bid. Certified checks to be made payable to the City of New Richmond.

The City of New Richmond reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities in the bids, and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the City.
