President Johnson called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Present: Jeffrey Johnson, Greg Sayers, Ryan Sicard, Bob Krueger, Bob Campbell, Dave Carufel, and Bartt Palmer. Also present: Rob Weldon and Bob Gunther.

Lawn Mowing Contract/Lawn Mowing Options: Rob Weldon stated that he contacted Complete Lawn Care on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 and told him he needed to provide proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance by 4:30 p.m. to the Village Hall. The Village Hall never received the proof of insurance on May 16th. The contractor visited the clerk on May 17th and guaranteed the proof of insurance would be delivered by the end of the day. The Village still has not received the proof of insurance. Weldon stated that there were areas that were not mowed and three public works employees mowed for 3 ½ hours at village park on Thursday.

Motion by Sayers, second by Krueger to serve Complete Lawn Care with a ten (10) day notice of termination for breach of contract due to violation of agreement as discussed, all members voted yes and motion carried.

Motion by Sicard, second by Krueger to hold payment for Complete Lawn Care until reviewed by Village Attorney and motion carried.

Motion by Johnson, second by Campbell to contract with Precision Lawn Care to provide lawn maintenance for the village in the amount of $29,125 prorated for the remainder of the 2012 contract and motion carried.

Donation to Stillwater Bridge Coalition: The Stillwater Bridge Coalition is asking the Village for an additional $5,000. Motion by Johnson, second by Sayers to table the donation for budget review and motion carried.

Picnic Beer License - Somerset Chamber of Commerce: Motion by Carufel, second by Campbell to approve the Temporary Class "B" license for June 8th through June 10th for Pea Soup Days event and motion carried.

Pay Request #1 Police Addition: Motion by Sayers, second by Campbell to approve the pay request to Ross & Associates in the amount of $23,217.58, all members voted yes and motion carried.

Motion by Sayers, second by Campbell to approve the pay request to various vendors for owner direct purchases in the amount of $7,781.94, all members voted yes and motion carried.

Adjourn: Motion by Krueger, second by Sayers to adjourn and motion carried. Adjournment: 6:14 p.m.
