PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The St. Croix County Community Development Committee will be conducting a public hearing on August 16, 2012 at 6:30 p.m., at the St. Croix County Government Center, County Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Rd., Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider the following petition(s):

REZONING

APPLICANT: Schottler Family LTD Partnership

LOCATION: Part of the NE1/4 of the NW1/4, Section 19, T30N, R17W, Town of Erin Prairie

ADDRESS: County Rd G, New Richmond, WI

REQUEST: To rezone approximately 1.06 acres from Agriculture to Ag-Residential pursuant to Section 17.72 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
