Motorist arrested for 7th DWI
Leo F. Owen, 54 years of age, from Eau Claire, WI was arrested Saturday, Aug. 18, by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, seventh offense.
Leo F. Owen, 54 years of age, from Eau Claire, WI was arrested Saturday, Aug. 18, by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, seventh offense.
Owen was stopped at 2:18 a.m. for an unsafe lane deviation and a
subsequent investigation led to his arrest for OWI.
Owen was transported to the Eau Claire County jail.
