Village of Somerset Plan Commission 9/16 Public Hearing Notice

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Village of Somerset Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, September 6, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 110 Spring Street, Somerset to consider the following:

Conditional Use Permit: Parcel 88E, 2012 Assessment Roll, 470 Main Street. Application for a conditional use permit to park cars during events held at the amphitheater. Zoned Highway Commercial (C2). Applicant: Mike Kappers, EZ Living Apartments, Somerset WI.

Conditional Use Permit: Parcel 379D-05, 2012 Assessment Roll, 701 Rivard Street. Application for a conditional use permit to use the building as a church gathering space, daycare, and coffee/café. Applicant: Bridge Bible Church/Central Bank. Newport MN.
