Notice is hereby given that the following has made application to the Town Board of the Town of Somerset for person to person transfer of the “CLASS B” liquor combination retail license for the sale of fermented malt beverage and intoxicating liquor within the Town of Somerset. Traci and Shawn Libersky have applied to transfer the license from Patio Lounge of Somerset Inc., Trade name: Papa B’s at 1580 - 32nd Street, Somerset, WI 54025 contingent upon the sale of the premise. The request will be heard and acted upon by the Town Board at a meeting on Wednesday, September 5, 2012. This meeting will be held at the Somerset Town Hall, 748 Hwy. 35 beginning at 8:00 p.m.
