Near perfect weather and an enthusiastic crowd made the 2012 version of Ox Cart Days in Star Prairie a big success.
The three-day festival included a wide range of events, including a parade, canoe races, softball tournament, music, food and more.
Star Prairie Fish & Game organization held its annual duck race, to raise money for its programs.
The 2012-13 Star Prairie royal court was crowned Sunday night and included Little Miss Samantha Gibson; Miss Star Prairie Miranda Murphy, First Princess Courtney Mundth, Princess Carlie Gibson and Junior Miss Catherine Magler.
Miranda Murphy, daughter of Kannin and Melissa Murphy, is a triple crown winner, having won Little Miss in 2004-05 and Junior Miss in 2006-07. She attends Somerset High School.
