By virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered in the above-entitled action on November 21, 2011, the undersigned Sheriff of St. Croix County, Wisconsin, will sell at public auction at the front entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin on the 27th day of November, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. the real estate and mortgaged premises directed by the Judgment to be sold, therein described as follows:

TERMS OF SALE: Cash
