This action is for the apartment located at 365 West Ninth Street Apartment #23 New Richmond, WI 54017. The Defendants owe July 2012 Rent of $177.65, August 2012 Rent of $650, August 2012 Late Fee of $50, September 2012 Rent of $650 and October Rent of $650 for a total due of $2177.65. We are asking for a writ of immediate eviction and a money judgment in the amount of $2177.65 plus costs.
