VILLAGE OF STAR PRAIRIE

SPECIAL BOARD PROCEEDINGS

SEPTEMBER 14, 2012

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, posted 9/13/2012 at 1:00 p.m., the Star Prairie Village Board met in special session on 9/14/2012 at 9:00 a.m. in the Community Center. The meeting was called to order by President Gibson. Roll call; Members present: Trustees Gary Peterson, Andrew Marrier and Bruce A. Johnson and President Greg Gibson. Absent: Trustee Chris Boardman.

Also in attendance were representatives from Stevens Engineering, WE Energies, Northwest Communications (Amery Telecom), Frontier Communications, Xcel Energy, A-1 Excavating and Brody Larson, Village Maintenance Operator.

Trustee Peterson moved to approve the agenda as presented seconded by Trustee Marrier. Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS

Apple River Water Main Crossing

Pre-construction meeting to discuss the status of contracts and permits. A-1 Excavating presented their timeline, with a project start date of September 24, 2012 and a completion date of October 12, 2012. No conflicts were seen with the utilities. A letter will go out to W 1st St. and Mill Ave. residents regarding the water main crossing project construction.

Adjournment

Trustee Johnson moved to adjourn the special meeting, seconded by Trustee Marrier. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:52 a.m.
