Man arrested for operating under the influence
Paul M Monpas, 43 years of age, from Jim Falls, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence
Paul M Monpas, 43 years of age, from Jim Falls, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, sixth offense.
On Thursday, Nov. 8, a WI State Patrol Trooper stopped Paul M Monpas for a seat belt violation. Mr. Monpas was subsequently arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence sixth offense.
Mr. Monpas was transported to Mayo - Eau Claire in Eau Claire for a legal blood draw and then to the Eau Claire County jail.
