NOTICE OF SPRING ELECTION

TOWN OF STANTON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an election to be held in the Town of Stanton on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, the following officers are to be elected to two-year terms:

CHAIRMAN, to succeed the present incumbent, Richard Hesselink.

1St Supervisor, to succeed the present incumbent, Gerald Croes.

2nd Supervisor, to succeed the present incumbent, Steven Hoogheem.

CLERK/TREASURER, to succeed the present incumbent, Sharon G. Balcerek.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2012, and the final day for filing nomination papers is 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2013.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2013.
