Driver arrested for 8th OWI offense
Joseph Johnson, 62 years of age, from St. Paul, Minn. has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, eighth offense.

He was stopped at 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16, at milepost 21 on Interstate 94.
Johnson was stopped based on a citizen’s complaint and for violations observed. He is being held pending a court appearance in St. Croix County next week.
