By virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure made in the above entitled action on 4/25/2012, in the amount of $353, 445.10, I will sell at public auction at the Entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center 1101 Carmichael Road Hudson, WI 54016, 1101 Carmichael Road City of Hudson, County of St. Croix, State of Wisconsin on 12/18/2012, at 10:00 AM all of the following described mortgaged premises, to wit:
