Notice is hereby given that there will be a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. at the Plan Commission Meeting in the Civic Center, 156 East First Street, City of New Richmond, WI:
1) Public Hearing to consider the following:
a) An Application from Plymouth Housing Partners for rezoning property from (C1) Highway Commercial to (R4) Multiple Family Residential. Property is described as Lots 61, 62, part of Lot 58, and part of Lot 60, all in Block 2 of Richmond Heights Third Addition.
2) Action on Public Hearing Agenda.
