New Richmond Hockey Association to celebrate 40th anniversary
This is the 40th year of the New Richmond Youth Hockey Association and a celebration is planned to recognize that achievement.
This is the 40th year of the New Richmond Youth Hockey Association and a celebration is planned to recognize that achievement.
The celebration will be held the weekend of Dec. 21-22.
The events start with the annual New Richmond Alumni Hockey Game, which will be played at 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 21.
Tiger fans can experience a full day of hockey revelry on Saturday, Dec. 22. The day starts with a junior varsity game between New Richmond and Eau Claire Regis at noon at the New Richmond Sports Center. That will be followed by the varsity game between the Tigers and the Ramblers at 2 p.m.
The 40th anniversary banquet will be held that evening at Ready Randy’s. Social hour begins at 5 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:15 p.m. and the program at 7:30 p.m. The program will honor significant accomplishments in the association’s history.
